They showed us around a large number of apartments and different schemes and helped draw up our shortlist. Their location knowledge was excellent. After we’d decided on the apartment we wanted they negotiated us a better monthly rate than we had expected which was a bonus! Both were also very helpful in guiding us on completing forms and also with a few amendments to the contract we wanted. As we were not in Singapore at the time of the lease contract being completed, they took responsibility checking the apartment had been refurbished as described by the landlord, providing lots of pictures and videos. Very professional, great fun, and went beyond what we were expecting from our agent."
